Incorporate the handle into the PullUpController itself?

This is a feature request. Wouldn't it be nice to have a ISHPullUpViewController.handleView property that users can set and the state changes for the handle will be handled (no pun intended) by the ISHPullUpViewController instead of the state delegate.
