Update to v1.3.2. New download URL. Bitcode.

This pull request (hopefully) satisfies the enhancement request in issue #4; to update the FLAC version to 1.3.2. It also switches to downloading the library sources from xiph.org. Finally it switches on the bitcode compilation option which is required for App Store submission.

I haven't had a chance to test it much, so I am going to leave it unmerged until I gain some confidence that all is well.
