Update request to FLAC v1.3.2

Hi,

Thanks for sharing useful framework. Do you have a plan for updating this repository for the latest version (= v1.3.2) of FLAC library? Also I found that ogg source has been updated to v1.3.2, but still this repository seems to refers v1.3.1.

Hi, I've created a branch and pull request for this issue. I'll merge it as soon as I have a chance to do some testing. If you have any chance to test it too that would help!

I have added flac-1.3.2 branch into my app, and confirmed that the framework works fine with my app. But the included framework seems not to support bitcode. Could you double check? Bitcode support is optional, but required for apps which support AppleWatch, and I think many audio apps requires AppleWatch support (also my app needs it).

Hmmm! Let me check. The date GitHub is showing for the library is the old date. Something's not quite right! Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll update this issue as soon as I can.
