Can't enable in SolrCloud

I believe I could not manage to handle installing Zemberek plugin, any documents to install zemberek with Solr, in readme. you have it but I even do not know how to check if its working or not.

The current plugin is just for analysis (i.e. a spellcheck component for Apache Solr is not available). Solr's built-in components for spellcheck should just work fine.
