[FEATURE REQUEST] Support GITHUB search results

There are many useless projects on github which have a large number of keywords. It is obvious that they deliberately did this. Some fake projects on github search results need to be hided.

For example: On github search result page, if we want hide a result, we just submit a uri like 'phonegap/phonegap-start' or 'phonegap/*' to ublacklist.
