"Block this site" links layout issue in Google Videos tab

Expected Behavior

"Block this site" link in Google's Video search section is displayed with no overlap of normal site elements

Actual Behavior

"Block this site" link in Google's Video section overlaps with the link's name

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Google any search term
2. Click the videos tab
