Expected Behavior

Bing search results list for "EXPLORE FURTHER" should not include blocked websites.

Actual Behavior

Bing search result list for "EXPLORE FURTHER" is not blocked.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. add "://blog.csdn.net/"
2. Enable bing search
3. The website still appears in the "EXPLORE FURTHER" result list of Bing search.
