Google Image search results no longer being blocked on Firefox for Android

Expected Behavior

On Firefox for Android, Google images of blocked URLs should not appear in the Google image search results and a "Block this site" link should be visible.

Actual Behavior

Blocked images do appear in the Firefox for Android Google image search results

This still works on desktop. And it was working on mobile, but broke sometime recently.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Block a site on Firefox for Android
2. See that you can see images of that site in the Google image search results
