Fix/shell calls

Hey,

forked and made some changes:

• use poetry instead of pipenv
• fix shell calls (sh 2.x does not seem to have the used API anymore)
• make more use of f-strings
• add some builds

Did that for my Shelly EM. Still doesnt work :/ but do not want to let my work go to waste.
