Challenges -

  1. Converting community ecology data to species focus data
  2. indicating proximity to waste barrels and chemical contamination

Info about "raw" Data Files.

The raw data file is organized by sediment core (columns) with species list on the left -and counts in each column, it is not organized by species not by species.

Can you clarify the description a bit?

The expected starting format is a table with columns species, eventDate, Latitude, and Longitude.
