Can you clarify the description a bit?

The expected starting format is a table with columns species, eventDate, Latitude, and Longitude.

@Edagura it sounds like your data might no included biological observations. If that is the case, I don't think it would be a good fit for the workshop. However, it you can offer a more detailed description, we can help point you to the right publishing repositories.
