Describe the solution you'd like Its possible to use a GlobalInClusterIPPool/InClusterIPPool for Node-Network-Interfaces. It would be great if we could have the same functionally for the controlPlaneEndpoint field.

Anything else you would like to add: This would allow even more dynamic creation of Workload-Clusters.
