Do we want to continue supporting capi 1.5?

As mentioned in #188, capi 1.7.1 is incompatible with controller-runtime 0.8.0. The fix is in capi main, hopefully it will make it into capi 1.7.2 which should get released in mid-May: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api/blob/main/docs/release/releases/release-1.8.md https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#support-and-guarantees

Also, capi 1.5 is now EOL so we should remove the column from the support table.
