Focus on F# explorer and fsproj file icons issue.

F# project .fsproj files icon shows as folder instead of fsproj icon after fsproj has restored, until it restored it shows correct icon.

Steps to reproduce the scenario. Open the F# project based solution in visual studio code. The F# solution explorer does not getting focused automatically, so have to navigate to it manually. Sometimes even there is no F# explorer getting populate in left panel so have to restart or reload vs code.

Expected behavior

On opening solution with F# based projects, the F# solution explorer should be open and focused as per the settings "Show Explorer On Startup" and the .fsproj file icons should be the F# icon instead of folder icon.
