Describe the solution you'd like

Right now the IDE only shows "Fix Issue" for a code action. It would be nice if a better message could be passed into the fix.

Next, it would be great if a fix also can update other files (like the signature file).

Describe alternatives you've considered

For the message, maybe this can already somewhat be done on the FSAC side.
