icon request: move-horizontal and move-vertical

Describe the Icon

Thank you for all your hard work. I have a need to represent distinct axes with a "move-horizontal" and "move-vertical" icon in the style of the current "move" icon.

I took the liberty of modifying the move icon to suit my needs. I understand that you do not accept new icon contributions, nevertheless, feel free to use these modifications directly if they meet your standards. All I did was remove the polyline and line elements for one axis without adding anything new.

Additional Information

Once again, I know you don't accept new icon PR's, but I'm happy to submit one if these icons are up to your standards and it would save your team some energy.
