bug: refresher icon broken on angular standalone

Ionic Framework Version

v8.x

Current Behavior

The arrow icon is not really visible. Please see the video:

Expected Behavior

Arrow icon should be fully visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the docs page
2. Pull down using your mouse/cursor
