test(angular): add support for multi-version testing

⚠️ Post merge, remove the test-angular-e2e status check requirement and add verify-test-angular-e2e instead.

What is the current behavior?

N/A The team needs the ability to test all of the JS Framework versions that we support.

What is the new behavior?

  • Adds mechanism for testing multiple Angular JS Versions.
  • Also adds a new route to the base Angular E2E test app called version-test that can be used to test specific versions of Angular. (Otherwise the E2E test is pretty much the same, it just got moved to a new base directory).

Does this introduce a breaking change?
