can this be used without ionic ?

I have some CORS XHR issues with my cordova app.

Can I install this plugin into my cordova environment ?

I am currently using this in a non-production app without Ionic but there are still CORS issues when trying to access local photos taken with the camera plugin. Though every other plugin I am using (including code-push) is working with it, so it could be perfect for you depending on your use case.

Please can you reinstall the plugin? we made further improvements to the file issues and CORS

Why not merge it back to the original apache repository?
