image showing problem PluginKit code 13

received this error: [discovery] errors encountered while discovering extensions: Error Domain=PlugInKit Code=13 "query cancelled" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=query cancelled}

Have tried normalize the image path to something like: http://localhost:8080/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/...

Solved its problem unrelated to the plugin, Thanks. Test on simulator helps.
