Add the ability to whitelist iFrame requests

As per @mlynch's feedback to #492 , I have implemented a hook to whitelist iframe requests, so that other people can create their own implementation without implicitly allowing all subframe requests.

It really hurts that iframes on ios not work. Can somebody merge this pr it if it works? There are plenty of issues about this, but no any workaround.
