Improve PWA assets

Prefer to use one plugin for all and not have so many dependencies. Found that this plugin is pretty limited regarding PWA asset generation

This one generates also PWA splashes and auto populates the index.html aswell as the manifest:

Maybe we can improve the PWA generation on this plugin or internally just use that one for generation?
