Dark theme for Chrome Developer Tools
Packaging as a Chrome extension makes installation and experimenting with themes much easier. For example, http://devthemez.com/themes/zero-dark-matrix

I've seen this issue in pretty much every custom dev tool theme - the Style rules that have arrows / drop downs get pushed to the right. 
Some selectors are showing up as black text, and others are not. I can't really make sense of it. Attached is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. ![screen shot...
