TorBirdy 0.1.3 is available in 31 languages no chinese???

Sorry for ignoring this ticket. The reason why Chinese is not included (among other languages also) is because the translation was incomplete and we removed incomplete translations from TorBirdy 0.1.3. The ideal way of handling this is to have placeholder strings but currently we don't support them.
