Create patterns for nanopublications
@tkuhn @Daniel-Mietchen and @pbuttigieg discussed how to port nanopublications into a generic JSON-LD/schema.org package at the Bouchout+10 summit.
In this issue, we'll try to represent some existing nanopubs and see if this could work as a generic interface for system like ODIS.
