Create documentation on how to express QA/QC flags

We can use the Claim type and link it to the organisation making that claim.

There are many groups that would like to express some Quality Control/Quality Assurance flag ("good", "not good", "good enough"). We should add a support pattern to demonstrate how to do this AND link it to the Organization and/or Person making the claim, when, using what process.
