ERDDAP sitemap

Need guidance on getting the location of the sitemap.xml in ERDDAP (https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/index.html) using GOOS as an example.

@fils, @jmckenna - that ERDDAP (https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/index.html) is not the GOOS ERDDAP. The GOOS OCG ERDDAP is here: https://osmc.noaa.gov/erddap/index.html

We do federate data from the Coastwatch erddap, but the ODIS focus should be on osmc.noaa.gov/erddap

The GOOS OCG discussions and effort is being tracked through https://github.com/iodepo/odis-arch/issues/355

(I'll try a harvest now and report in that ticket)
