In mixed flats-textures modes, selecting flats for walls results in question mark

Tested with eternity.ugh, placing a flat on a sidedef shows a question mark error sign instead of the flat.

Moreover, I consider the way to access the flats browser while looking for sidedef textures (and viceversa) cumbersome.
