Cache reload/update if a file is uploaded with VIS-Filemanager

When uploading a new picture in VIS-Editor with Filemanager, it is not deleted or updated in cache. It shows the old picture till a restart of the web-adapter.

We should check the web cache and delete the entry if new files are uploaded ...

Is this bug the same reason when I update some adapters? If I update some Adapters the page shows immedently the new versions. If I then click on Overview in the left menu and go back to Adapters, it shows the old versions again. (Admin 5.2.3)

No, Admin is Admin, this wuld be relevant for visualisations loaded over the web Port ... but yes for admin there seems to be a refresh issue somewhen. Please check issues there
