Binary states will be deprecated with js-controller 5.0 - Migrate to Files

Hello,

with js-controller 5.0 we will deprecate the usage of binary States because "Files" will basically do the same with a better support and less issues. A version after 5.0 the binary States will be removed.

Please Migrate to Files instead.

Pleas etry GitHub version and verify that TTS is still working. Binary states should be completely migrated with this
