Implement "createState"

Hello,

currently it's not possible to create a state with the adapter. Is it possible to add the "createState" functionality?

You can simply create state with

socket.emit("setObject", "javascript.0.myState", {common:  {name: "My STATE", type: "number, "role": "state", write: true}, type: "state", native: {}})
