periodic send even if Object not changed

i would like to have a way to publish every x seconds/minutes (best case it can be configured in the instance setting) the data again even if the object wich i want to publish is not changed. how can i do that with actual adapter. i want to avoid to write a javascript that publish manually.

Honestly., no idea who and when we have time for it ... next question would be how to configure such intervals (per state or globally or or or ) ... sooo might take a while
