Commissioning UI changes

When using controller UI to discover devices and then select one to commissioning the following should happen:

• Stop discovery
• Hide discovery dialog
• Show commissioning details (qrcode/pairtingcode) dialog
• after providing details show a waiting/spinner dialog or such
• wait for response from server
• tell success or error

We should also add a button to just enter the pairing code/scan QR code without a discovery before. dialog can be the same and process then same as above
