Der iobroker lovelace Adapter überschreibt die bestehenden lovelace-entity Einträge mit identischen Werten, manche sogar doppelt (z.B. alle Entities shelly1pm_84cca8_Kueche). Dabei erzeugt bei 6 Shellys über 60 unnötige Warnungen im Log.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to instancen
2. Click on restart instance (hier shelly)
3. Go to ioB log
4. See error

Expected behavior
die bestehenden lovelace-entity Einträge sofern korrekt bleiben unverändert
