[bug]: Admin should not continue and perform an upload if npm installation fails

Describe the bug

Admin should not continue and perform an upload if npm installation fails:

To Reproduce

The reason for the 404 is currently not known, but independent of this admin should abort and not perform an upload and suggest a completed installation

Expected behavior

abort wird error message on screen

Additional context

Problem could be reproduced. I specified ioBroker.shelly@next writing ioBroker with a capital B ... So maybe this helps to get a reproduceable situation for analysis
