Tracking: Node.js 14 and 16 compatibility ioBroker Adapter

In this tracking issue we want to get an overview about the compatibility of the adapters for Node.js 14.x and also make sure to have Node.js 14 covered by adapter testing.

For this we create GitHub issues for all adapters for the developers to check and close once checked and testing updated.

wow, you're going to node.js 14 and 16? Really? You state here that node.js is probably working https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.js-controller#compatibility

maybe change that first and wait for reponse of your users. I assume that most users won't have testet node.js 14 when reading this.

Do you have a time schedule for the switch to node.js 14 and 16? It would be really helpful for adapter developer if they knew how much time they have.

Updated. (actually missed that one place)

Reality is that 14 works well but we might not have checked all adapters - thats why this issue.

Idea is to define Nodejs 14 as new "recommended version" in October with js.controller 3.4 ... Node.js 16 is way too early to tell anything. In fact we still support Nodejs 10, 12 and 14 (and most likely 16) in general with the js.controller
