Device "Jalousie_über_Tasten_gesteuert" will not be created

Describe the bug
If you create a device "Jalousie_über_Tasten_gesteuert" in the tab "Zustände" the line "*Actual" is available three times but as objects "open", "stop", "close" were created In the device overview the new device "Jalousie_über_Tasten_gesteuert" will not be listed up.

At the end, no new device will be created.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a device "Jalousie_über_Tasten_gesteuert"
2. Goto tab "Zustände" and asign states
3. Save

Expected behavior
Correct lines for states are shown in the tab "Zustände" and the new device will be shown in the overview

Thanks @Wildbill-Z . Issue https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.devices/issues/127 has an impact on this ticket but it will not solve it.

Issue will stay open beacause at the end the new devices was not created.

This PR https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.type-detector/pull/26 (and a rebuild/release of devices (?)) should fix this issue.
