Only with activated expertmode it will be shown which objects can be created or have which dependencies:
Expertmode activated
Expertmode deactivated
Expectation: Information is shown as well with deactivated expertmode

@GermanBluefox It seems that there is a special handling for 0_userdata and alias necessary. In this both folders there is a different behavior between Expert and No Expert Mode
With the other folders the mouseover popup looks ok.
