Update README to specify admin version requirement for custom i18n

Clarify that admin version must be >= 7.7.20 for custom i18n.

If I followed commits correctly, customI18n support has been invented with release 7.7.20. So this should be noted at documentation.

Please correct release if I'm wrong.

Hm... this feature is from the beginning there. Not from 7.7.20

Ok - if it was implement in the past then close this PR. But there was no documentation at all until now, And npm run translate does not yet support it too. (But that must be implemented there)
