[bug]: Responsive Design for Adapter Tab

Describe the bug

The Adapter Tab is not fully responsive for very small screens.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior

Suggestion:

1. remove the button to change the view in the mobile view and force the block view. The table is not displayed responsively.
2. customise the button and search bar for mobile views Customise the button for adapter installation and ratings
