Related problems
Starting with admin 7 and according to releasenotes admin does no longer show all existing adapters but oly the first 100 (accorsing to releasenoest.) In reality a maximum of 51 Adapters is shown - so if a user has more than 50 adapters installed no uninstalled adapters are displayed. This is confusing for users.
While a limitation might be necessary at Tile view due to large space requiremnts a limit at list mode is not necessary as far as I can see as:
Admin displays all available adapter using listmode with all kategories expanded. So it should be able to display all available adapters at list mode in alphabetical sort view too.

Admin should allow to scroll throgh all available adapters at least using list mode (both with category view and with alphabetical view)
If this is not possible admin should invent pagination and ass next / prev support
In Tile mode admin should display a hint to use list mode to show all adapters.

Using filtering is not a practical way as users often do not know which adapters exist. So scrolling at admin is the natural way to search for adapters. User correctly are unhappy with this "improvement"

Playstore or npm do not show ALL 2 millions apps and packets. So the user should know what to search for
Well we are far away from millions of adapters :-) - sad to say
Playstore prpagates most apps at other ways (i.e. google search). ioBroker does not have any compareable marketing platform. In my oppinion we should make it as easy as possible for users to detect available adapters. If paginating at admin is not an option a link to an up to date website could be another option to discuss.

sehe ich auch so. Man sollte in der Listenansicht wieder alles anzeigen.
Und dann beschwert man sich, warum im safary alles so langsam ist. Die Liste bleibt gefiltert
