[bug]: Optimize dialog text for "Node.js-upgrade"

Describe the bug

In Admin "Übersicht" it will be shown that an nodejs update is available.

After pressing the update button the following text will be shown:

A "normal" user would expect that nodejs will be updated to the current major version 18 -> 20 The current text does not represent the information that only an update in the current major line e.g. 18.x will be done

Start updating nodejs over admin ui

Expected behavior

As discussed in ioBroker DevMeeting 17.07.2024 no major upgrade will be done. Please change the text that that this is understandable for the normal user.

Proposal "Wenn Sie dieses Update durchführen, wird der JS-Controller anschließend neu gestartet! Dadurch wird die Node.js-Version auf die neuste verfügbare Version innerhalb der installierten Hauptversion [NODEJS-VERSION-AUS-SYSTEMINFO] aktualisiert. Ein Upgrade auf eine neue Hauptversion wird hier beschrieben https://forum.iobroker.net/topic/64032/update-nodejs-best-practise-supported-16-und-18"
