[enhancement]: Update info text for JS-Controller Upgrade under Windows

Description
If a new JS-Controller is available, the user can display a text, which explains how to upgrade JS-Controller (details see below). However, this text is outdated and contains also a documentation for Linux, but for Linux this text is no longer displayed at all.
Additionally, meanwhile the Windows installer is able to upgrade to the newest stable JS-Controller in a generic way, i.e. there is no need to download a specific Installer version as described in the text.
I have not found any reference to https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.docs/blob/master/admin/de/controller-upgrade.md in the official documentation, so basically it may be a solution to update this document and make it Windows specific.
Or we can keep the complete history (Linux and Windows) and describe the latest status.

When he clicks on the Update Button, he gets the following window:
