As discussed here with @mcm1957 it would be useful to identify "unlisted" adapters (which will never get an update).
e.g.
- Adapters installed via GitHub (alpha)
- Adapters installed via npm / custom url
- Removed adapters from stable / latest repostiry
- ...
Description
At the moment it's impossible for the users to identify removed / deprecated adapters (like info) in the admin.
It exists (hopefully) a news message for "officially removed" adapters, but there is no overview of all "dev" installations. Maybe we should add a new filter for "unsupported" adapters (naming?).

Github installa are alreday marked.
What I just recognized - the fact that an adapter is NOT listed at selected repository IS visible due to the fact that no available release is displayed. See info adapter
So I would suggest to simply discuss if we would like to make this empty area more promonent. Especially at tile view the missing line does not really alarm. May somenone has an idea for a good symbol (https://www.webmaster-seo.com/de/unicode/character?sign=U+26B0) to display or a test (i.e. not available / not listed in repo / unmaintained / ...). This would signal some attention if an adapter is not registered at repositories independent whther it has been removed or bever had made its way into the rpo.
