[bug]: Repository in settings are not visible

Describe the bug
If the FIRST time a new repository is added to the settings the loading circle appears, after a short time it disappears and it is not possible to close the settings page. The new added repository entry is still shown. After reloading the admin page and go to repositories settings the new added repository isn't shown anymore. But it is used if it was activated when adding it.
To Reproduce
- Setup new ioBroker
- go to repositories settings on system settings
- add new repository
- click save button
- reload admin page
Expected behavior
The new repository should stay in the list of repositories after admin page reload.
