Leaving object view shall cause unsubscribing of all subscribed states

Admin shall unsubscribe all subscribed states in object view after object view is closed to avaoid impact on other sections of iobroker e.g. javascript Adapter

@GermanBluefox I thoght that all data are unsubscribed when a tab is changed ... But then: why users have issues with hjavascript tab when top many objects are expanded on object tree?
