After Admin 5: adjust admin tab to no longer contain an icon

Admin tabs may not have own icons. See comment here: https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.admin/issues/797#issuecomment-832727552

So in other words: we need to remove "fa-icon" from "adminTab"?

In that case, it needs to be removed from the schema or the adapter creator's tests will fail. @foxriver76
