I am also quite interested in an Adapter for the OTS bus, in particular because the modbus interface is very poor compared to the data in the OTS. Especially I would like to set values like a user can do in the OTS app. Not even reading e.g. of own settings is possible via modbus. So far I did setup the modbus interface for home assistant.

Are you talking about the roomterminal with display? If so: https://npm.io/package/iobroker.ochsner-roomterminal I am using this in iobroker and it works. All parameters are exposed (internally with soap requests to the room terminal).

Actually I am talking about modbus as described in document "ZBH-Modbus OTS-EN03". Actually I manged to access all the values described in the document in Home-Assistant. However it basically allows only to read values and only a subset of values available in the OTS app. E.g. one cannot set operation mode of heating, hat water, cooling or temperature or time table, ... like in the app. As I don't use iobroker (and don't understand as well) I cannot see what values are supported by above mentioned roomterminal. My hope was - if the OTS bus which hopefully hold all entities corresponding to the OTS app is available for iobroker it shoudl be possible to convert/modify for home assistant.
