DAHUA NVR/CAM - Alarm Center

The NVR (some cams) has possibility to send notification to Alarm Center server.

The notification are about NVR status, alarm, video motion event, ...

I have found existing Adapter for Hikvision, but it doesn't work with Dahua NVR. There is nothing in log. The adapter is running, no messages are received. I have also tried Contact ID Adapter. This adapter logs some notification, but they started with no readable text.
