Adapter für Multiroom Audiostreaming von Arylic

Open Hartholz opened this issue 4 years ago • 18 comments

Pretty interesting concept, tobe honest I use google home for this but in generic a multiroom audio setup great believe (if its in sync ! :))

The hardware and background looks promising, but I don't see anything related API or how to control it.

Do you have additional information about that so we can have a look ?

"Sorry, but I'm not a programmer and my English is too bad to ask the manufacturer for support. Perhaps a technical inquiry to the support will shed some light on this. Synchronization between the modules works perfectly."

na dan mal abwarten :

Dear Acrylic,

Hope this mail finds you well.

Based on GitHub issue https://github.com/ioBroker/AdapterRequests/issues/384#issuecomment-610881875
I am wondering if there is a possibility to control your solution by an API interface (regardless which protocol or type).

This issue describes an request for integration of your solution to one of the biggest SmartHome automation sofwares within the OpenSource marked.
I am one of the developers working on integrations of different system into 1 SmartHome environment.

It would be great to understand if there is a capability to control the device by API, if yes we would be happy to adapt your devices in an integration to ioBroker.

Hope to hear from you soon

Kind regards and stay healthy !

Hi Rafal. I'm Frank from Arylic, I've sent you the API documents to control our devices. And I'm also willing to contribute to speed up the process.

@zpl1025 great thank you ! I did a quick check and the API looks promising, integration capabilityby HTTP-Post and TCP socket very interesting.

@Hartholz do you have those devices at your place ? I currently not but willing to program this adapter in basic its not to complex and interesting for the community.

But making code without being able to test it is a little difficult :)

I am currently in contact with the vendor looking at the possibilities. As they are quite fast in response and we are having good conversation around this topic I expect being able to give an update soon how we would like to proceed.

Stay tuned :) this is an awesome and interesting project !

Are there any new informations about the progress? Does the Up2stream support controlling via http-get? If the production of the adapter takes some time this woult be a first quick and dirty version to controll my multiroom setup.

Dear guys, are their any news available to this post. Honestly, this is very interesting to me to further integrate the Audio part into my smarthome. Would appreciate to get the current point of discussion. In case testing is coming reality I could offer my support. All best.

Hi, I also want to ask if the are any news? Is there already a working ioBroker adon?

SMarti2 avatar Dec 10 '21 06:12 SMarti2

@SMarti2 @MichHan we have only 2 "thymbs up" reactions on the first post. With only 2 votes, this wish is at the bottom of the list.

I found this here: https://github.com/MClarkDev/ArylicJS - It's interesting to build an adapter for ioBroker
